🌎 Domestic Return Policy: USA

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (trying them on is ok), with tags, no stains, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase. 
International orders may only be returned for store credit if approved due to high shipping costs (see more details below).

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. The cost of return shipping ($5.00) will be deducted from your total refund.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges: FREE

Option 1: If you want to do a direct/free exchange, please email us to arrange your exchange. The exchange items will be shipped after we receive your original returned items. 

Option 2: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can request a refund to your original payment method or as a store-credit.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Custom products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The cost of return shipping ($5.00) will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. At Sunshine Caps Co, we take pride in creating scrub caps with care and attention to detail. Because international shipping costs are significant, we have specific guidelines for international returns.

International Orders

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible- generally within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage mail unless stated otherwise. You can visit https://www.usps.com for more information on delivery times.

Once your package is sent out, transit time for Ground Advantage is generally 2-6 days. Transit time for Priority Mail is generally 1-4 days.

Once your order has shipped, you can track the status by logging into your account, or through your shipment confirmation email.

International shipping takes longer and varies by country and custom regulations. Please allow approximately 2 weeks+ for international delivery.
