Returns:
You have 30 days from your date of purchase to initiate a return through our online portal. A $5.00 return shipping fee applies only to refunds issued to your original payment method. Exchanges and store-credit are free.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn or unused (trying on is okay)
- Free of stains or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging if applicable
- International orders may only be returned for store credit if approved due to high shipping costs (see more details below).
FREE Exchanges & Store Credit
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange, or store credit through our online portal. Exchanges are free (no additional shipping costs). New exchange items ship once your original return is received.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online return portal. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and store-credit are free. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
🚫 Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed automatically but may take up to 10 days to process depending on your bank.
- Refunds to your original payment method will have $5.00 deducted for return shipping.
- Store credit refunds will be available for immediate use

🌍 International Returns Policy
All international sales are final once shipped. We do not offer refunds for international orders.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review your claim.
Store credit (when approved)
In approved cases, we may issue store credit for the item value.
- Store credit does not expire
- Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable

Sunshine Caps Co is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or duties. Any refused or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
