You have 30 days from your date of purchase to initiate a return through our online portal. A $5.00 return shipping fee applies only to refunds issued to your original payment method. Exchanges and store-credit are free.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn or unused (trying on is okay)
- Free of stains or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging if applicable
- International orders may only be returned for store credit if approved due to high shipping costs (see more details below).
